Ooooooo! Presents! Thank you so much! Making my own white tee with “Husky and Starch” on it has been on my to do list for years. I love the rainbow letters and the icons!
Oh, wow, Mortmere, this brings back memories of the t-shirt Gerry Leetch gave me in ’76 (she was the hair dresser, S1 & 2, and was on the photo shoot at the beach when every member of the cast and crew got one). I gave the shirt away at last year’s SHareCon and I hope the recipient wears it proudly. Thanks for these great gifts; they bring wonderful smiles and memories.
Great to hear my effort to copy those iconic graphics brought back memories. You lucky, lucky you to have had one of the original shirts! I enjoyed staring long and hard at those beach photos (with a purpose, which made a nice change – I stare at them enough just for enjoyment…).
This is a WONDERFUL holiday gift to Starsky & Hutch fans, Mortmere! I love any photo from that iconic shoot. To have these and maybe get a tee-shirt print shop locally to use them to create a shirt for me would be fantastic!
Thank you for your comment, Ursula! These files here are best for online use (they’re not big enough for printing on a shirt, and the background is opaque white).
I do have larger ones with transparent background, but didn’t want to share them here for the fear of them perhaps ending up in some online t-shirt store that churns out mass-produced goods that no-one (or this planet) really needs. I don’t even know how they would work in print, as my insane plan for making that iconic shirt for myself is to hand-cut a template and paint in the colors. π But if you are (or anyone else here is) interested enough to test the files and print a shirt or two for personal use, drop me a line at mortmere (a) gmail . com.
Nice! Something about the “Starsky and Hutch” switching back and forth to “Husky and Starch” really drives home how entwined they are in a cool visual way!
Love them! β₯οΈ
Good to hear that!
Hee, these are great! Especially the one that switches back and forth! Really brought a smile to my face. ^^
Me, too. Thanks for the midnight smile, Mortmere.

KUDOS!!
Thank you, Nancy, good to hear that! These seemed like fandom essentials to me, and since I hadn’t seen them anywhere, I made them myself. π
Fun and lovely! Thank you for the creative GIF!
You’re most welcome!
