December 14th- Christmas Songs by Hutcherie

“Oh please Starsk, I can’t take it any longer.”

“Whaddaya say?”

“Well, these Christmas songs on the radio. You know I don’t likeโ€ฆ.”

“…Christmas, I know Hutch.”

“Then why are you bothering me?”

“Because I need to learn the songs.”

“Why?”

“Well, because I’m invited to the ball at the retirement home.”

“Do you feel you’re old and senile?”

“Meathead!”

“No seriously, what are you doing going to a seniors’ ball, Starsk?”

“Well, we’ll eat cake, sing Christmas songs and we’ll do handicrafts!”

“You’ll do handicrafts? I know all about Origami. Shall I teach you?”

“Stop being smutty, Hutch!”

“Huh? What do you mean? Origami is the noble art of paper folding, you philistine.”

“Oh, emmm… paper folding is called Origato?”

“Origami, Starsk, Origami!!!”

“Oh, well…can you also do other things?”

“You bet! Your partner has a few secrets in store.”

“Cool! I`ll take you with me, buddy, and now let’s get you learning the Christmas songs,” Starsky replied happily. “Come on, sing with me:
We wish you a Merry Christmas,
We wish you a Merry Christmas,
We wish you a Merryโ€ฆ”

Hutch sighed, rolling his eyes in feigned despair. “Wait until tonight and I`ll make you pay for this, buddy.”

“Can’t wait sweetheart,” Starsky purred, grinning broadly. “I hope thatยดs not an empty promise.”

Special thanks to Nicky Gabriel for the screen cap.

  1. Hee! Love only the dialog – I can so picture this conversation going on between them. Thanks!

  2. Isn’t Starsk a smart guy? Do you think he will be able to make Hutch dance with him, too? Thanks Renate.

    • Oh, I`m sure he will be able to make Hutch dance with him. He can make Hutch do everything! ๐Ÿ˜‰
