Zowie….romantic and sexy :D. Love the medium as well.

  2. Dawnebeth says:

Wow, they’re really going at it hot and heavy there! I feel like an intruder.

    Very good job.

  3. Sam (samudee) says:

Finally! I have been waiting for a long time to see this here. (Happy sigh) ! My favorite part is how Starsky’s arm is curled around Hutch’s head. It gives such a softness and gentle feeling about their love – that little space between their faces…. Sigh! I love love love the fact that there’s a sheet around their legs. That makes the whole scene more intimate and a lot to imagine about how Hutch pulls Starsky’s leg around him.

    • Duluth says:

That’s exactly what I was wanting with the sheet. It does somehow give a more intimate feel to their postion, I think. I’m so happy you like it, Sammy!

  4. Spencer5460 says:

Your work always has such elegance. So beautiful!

  5. tsilvy says:

Aww, this is so well done and intimate! You can tell the deep love, not just the eroticism, in the gentleness of their touches, the nearness of their faces. There’s a sense of given and received protection in it, and it’s lovely. These men are really one on body and soul, and it’s amazing how well you conveyed this. I’m also amazed at the realism of their bodies, the draping and particularly their hair. You write beautifully but you’re also so gifted as a drawer… I’m in awe right now. 🙂

    • Duluth says:

I truly appreciate your comment. I feel the very same way about these boys and how they feel about each other, so I always go for that kind of portrayal in my slash art. It *isn’t* supposed to be about the sex, but the love. Thanks so much!

  6. pat says:

This is so hot, DG, my monitor is smoking! (Please don’t take offense, I sometimes crack wise when I’m in awe. And I am!) I ditto everything everyone above has said: gentle, sweet, caring, loving in the complete and ultimate sense of the word. Thank you for this perfect gift!!!

    • Duluth says:

You can crack wise with me anytime. 🙂 Thank you for your kind words, I’m so glad you see all of that in my drawing!

  7. Monika says:

I can only second what the others have said. Beautifully done. Thank you!

  8. Crazy Kater says:

Still in love with this, DG. You captured their love so well and left me with some really intense feelings to contend with. Lol. Lovely work, lady. 🙂

  9. Kat says:

That is beautiful. Sexy and sweet and loving and need I say, hot? 🙂 Thanks!

  10. myhnabird says:

Gorgeous, DG. In the midst of all this hotness, Hutch’s face seems to be tucking itself into the space between Starsky’s chin and shoulder. Total love…

    • Duluth says:

Yes, that is exactly why I put them this way. No matter the heat, that tenderness is always there! Thanks!

  11. ksstarfire says:

STUNNING! Oh my. And I thought ~I~ had some talent with writing?? Your talent is beautiful and amzing. Thank you for sharing!!

    • Duluth says:

Thank you so much! You *do* have talent with writing! 🙂 I so love to draw. Wish I had more time for it!

  12. Bee says:

WOW…that’s so H-O-T and beautiful, DG!!!
    A masterpiece!!!
    ;D

  13. marianrose says:

Lovely. Thanks so much for sharing this great gift.

  14. anachron says:

Hey, duluth! I love the lightness and airiness of this piece. It’s beautifully atmospheric. I particularly love the way you handled the drape and tension on the fabric. It’s well-done in and of itself, and also really accentuates the . . . subject matter of the drawing. 😀 Well done!

    • Duluth says:

Thank you so much, A! The fabric was the hardest part to draw, picturing how it would fall, how it would tuck, etc. It was nice to picture where it would hug Starsky’s body. 😉

  15. Ursula Angstrom says:

Very passionate art, Duluth. You are amazingly talented! Wow! I got lost in this drawing. What a wonderful holiday fantasy you created for us.

    Thanks!

    Ursula

    • Duluth says:

To say you got lost in the art is the ultimate compliment. Thanks so much for the wonderful comment, and thanks for looking!

  16. Calliatra says:

Oh this is utterly gorgeous! I love the soft shades of grey you used – they really add to the beautiful feeling of intimacy.

    • Duluth says:

Thanks so much! Getting their different skin tones was the real challenge with charcoal. So glad it you like it!

  17. wightfaerie says:
