Posted in Outside for the first time in ages. California didn’t let me down, not like January and March did. Dry, sunny, warm. Damned bright. Hutch brought me sunglasses and pushed me around in a wheelchair outside the hospital.
I hate the wheelchair. I want to walk on my own but they tell me I ain’t ready for that yet. They started physical therapy on me while I was still in bed and now I’m working on walking again. Hutch says I’m doin’ great, and the therapist says I’m nearly there.
For now, I’ll soak up the sun. And Hutch’s gorgeous smile.

Aw, this is lovely. I think maybe, as much as Starsky wants to walk, he’s happy to have Hutch’s undivided attention too.
