December 7th- A Christmas Surprise by MeNThee

The lights from the huge Christmas tree sent warmth and a peaceful radiance through the apartment. Starsky wiggled his toes, which were comfortably ensconced in Hutch’s lap. Starsky’s back was nestled into one arm of the couch, while Hutch sat companionably next to the other arm, his legs resting on a pillow on the coffee table. December 6th- Making Soup Without a Can Opener by Curlew

A recipe and a story. Two for the price of one.

Juggling paper sacks and keys, Starsky managed to get through the door without dropping anything — a minor miracle. Shaking his head and scattering a halo of raindrops, he pulled the door closed with his foot, and dumped the groceries in the kitchen before turning his attention to the figure stretched on the sofa. “Hey.”
