These cookies are quite similar to the gingerbread I make (minus the pepper, but I’m definitely gonna try that!)
Yes-I think one gingerbread is very like another (whatever all gingerbread nations try to tell us!) but the pepper does make a difference. It’s a love or hate thing. Certainly worth a try!
